Every Organic Swing is handcrafted in the USA and ships in 1-2 business days.
Shipping is 100% free in the continental United States ($200 value) with a typical delivery time of 3-7 days.
We offer shipping to Canada for $149 per swing with transit times ranging from 7-21 days. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii for $199 per swing with a typical transit time of 7-14 days.
Orders are shipped via Fedex and the swing will arrive in one flat-packed box weighing ~45 lbs. Please lift with a partner as needed.
International customers are individually responsible for all VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges required by their country for importing the Organic Swing. These costs are not included in any purchase made on OrganicSwings.com and must be covered by the buyer.
Order Changes/Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us immediately at support@organicswings.com with information on the change. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled, at which point our normal return policy will apply. Our return policy also applies if you refuse delivery, since FedEx will bring the box back to us and charge us the return shipping cost.
